Hi there, you can check in at any time after 4pm. In the confirmation details you will be sent access codes in case you check in after the reception closes.
It is at the properties discretion whether or not to take a deposit for the accommodation albeit there is a deposit if you wish to bring pets.
Hi, There are steps that lead onto the entrance however we do have a ramp.
Unfortunately our apartments are accessible with a step as you enter.
We are currently only accepting essential bookings and require all guests to self-certify prior to arrival to confirm they are travelling in line with guidelines.

Hi Kathryn: Baths are found in all 2-bedroom and penthouse apartments. The 1 bedroom/studio apartments come with a Shower-room only.

The guests dont ned to have the same address, but we dont accept more than 4 people in 2BED apartment
